2009-2010 Season Registration Information

RETURNING PLAYERS (MAIL IN REGISTRATION)

- Players whose registration has been received by September 4^th will receive a $50.00 discount.

NEW PLAYERS (WALK-IN REGISTRATION)

- Thursday, September 10, 2009, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Lebrun Centre, Holland Avenue, Bedford

·          Please bring player’s Health Card, Birth Certificate and one cheque.

·          New players who register at the Walk-In Registration will receive the $50.00 discount.

·          Information on equipment requirements and ice times will be available.

Whether a returning or new player:

1. Click on the link below.
2. Choose the "save" option. Place the file in an easy to access location on your computer.
3. Print the file and complete the information.
4. Follow the instructions contained within.
